The substantive appeal fled by the petitioners is already pending before the Sub Divisional Ofcer. The petitioners have challenged the very jurisdiction of the Tahasildar in correcting the revenue record.

In the light of the fact that the substantive appeal fled by the petitioners is pending before the Sub Divisional Ofcer,fi this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage.
