A B JOGDAND AND OTHERS ...

Advocate for Applicant : Shri G.M.Jadhav ...

CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

Dated: February 03, 2017 ...

PER COURT :- 1.

The order passed by this Court dated 15.10.2012, which led to the issuance of a direction in paragraph No.10 is as under:- "10.

Be that as it may, there is no impediment for the petitioner to forward the proposal to the State government and it is for the State government to consider the said proposal i.e. either to accept or reject the same. The petitioner may put forthwith all the facts before the State Government It is only if the State government decides to condone the break then the Respondents naturally would be entitled for all further benefits." 2.

Learned AGP submits that the above said directions have been implemented and after the proposal was forwarded to the State Government, the same has been rejected on it's merits. 3.

Considering the above, this contempt petition is devoid of merits and is, therefore, dismissed.
