Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this criminal writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to initiate the proceedings before the Fees Regulating Authority for the State of Maharashtra in terms of the provisions of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Provisional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015.

Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Fees Regulating Authority in terms of the provisions of the said Act. Criminal writ petition accordingly disposed off.
