The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record in the appeal being the legal representatives of sole appellant - Uttam Yadav Gaikwad, who admittedly died on 25.04.2015, by condoning the delay of 1696 days. However it seems that, Uttam had died just two days prior to the passing of impugned judgment and the appeal is filed by the present applicants being legal Pooja K.

965-CA-4906-2021 representatives of deceased Uttam. As such, there is no need to bring themselves on record again. The application is therefore allowed by granting permission to applicants to prosecute the appeal.
