The petitioners have sought stay to the auction of the writ sand spot. This Court vide order dated 05th April, 2013, had granted interim relief and stayed the said auction. The period of auction by efflux of time is also over.

In light of that, the grievance of petitioners stand redressed. The writ petition is disposed of.

In case, fresh auction is done and the petitioners are aggrieved about the legality of the same, the petitioners may assail the same as is permissible in law.
