The applicants are seeking permission to bring legal representatives of original claimant No.1 Nana Rakhmaji Kapse on record, who admittedly died on 08.08.2014, by condoning the delay of 1956 days. However it seems that, Nana had died prior to the passing of impugned judgment and the appeal is filed by the present applicants being legal representatives of deceased Nana alongwith other claimant - Tatya.
