This application is filed seeking condonation of delay caused in filing cross-objection. Since the cross-objection is by the original claimant, whose property came to be acquired by the Acquiring Body, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 02.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 4589 days is condoned. However, the applicant shall not be entitled to receive any interest and statutory benefit for the delayed period in case amount of compensation, if any, is enhanced in the cross-objection. 03.

This Civil Application is accordingly allowed and is disposed off.
