Petitioner raises objection to prescription of reservation of Scheduled Tribe male category in ward no. 4. Petitioner contends that considering the rotation policy, reservation ought to have been prescribed for ward no. 1. Learned counsel for State Election Commission, on instructions, informs that the process of election is set in motion and, today onwards is the period prescribed for acceptance of nomination papers. In this view of the matter, keeping the option to avail of remedies available in law, as and when occasion arises, open for the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of. ( P. R. BORA ) ( R. M.
