The present petition is filed for relief of giving directions to respondent no.1 to consider the representation of the petitioners - Union dated 17.09.2012, which has been filed for

2 17-WP-6237.odt giving more percentage of reservation to the employees of Health Department in respect of the posts of Child Development Project Officer.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner is placing reliance on an order dated 25.07.2012 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.136 of 2011 in the case of Sakharam Kerba Bangar and ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra and ors., which petition was filed under the similar circumstances.

It is, after all, the policy of the Government and the Court can only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. The Court expects that the Government will consider the aforementioned representation of the petitioner, as early as possible and preferably, within a period of one year from today.
