The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the main Petition bearing E-14 of 2022 has been finally adjudicated by the learned Family Court, Jalna after conclusion of the trial.

Since the Petitioner has challenged the interim order dated 03.02.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Jalna below Exh. 7 in Petition No.E-14 of 2024 and during pendency of the present Petition, the said proceeding has been finally decided,
