While disposing Writ Petition No. 3809 of 2016, this Court on 10th October, 2023 had directed to decide the Suit within a period of 12 months, however the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jalgaon has requested for extension of one year for disposal of the Suit.

The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jalgaon, after scrutinizing the record has observed that he has gone through the record and examined the reasons for extension of time and considering the facts and circumstances and the reasons put forth by the judicial officer for extension of time, has recommended that it would be appropriate to grant extension of time of 6 months.

On perusal of the letters dated 10th December, 2024 and

{2} WP3809-16.doc 17th December, 2024 received from the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division and the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jalgaon, I am in agreement with the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge. Extension of 6 months, as recommended by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, is granted.
