Mr. Bhokarikar, the learned council submits that the petitioners have submitted the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of one Sau. Priti Mahendra Mahajan to the Education Officer (Exh. 'A') in November 2014, however the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents and submits that in case the said proposal is pending then the Education Officer would decide it on its own merits .

In case, the proposal (Exh. 'A') submitted by the petitioners seeking approval to the appointment of Sau. Priti Mahajan as a Shikshan Sevak is pending with Respondent No.2 then the Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within 6 months. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
