2] Admittedly, the petitioner has been convicted in a criminal case. Being aggrieved by the conviction, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the High Court. The High Court has admitted that appeal and suspended the substantive sentences. Admittedly, the conviction is not suspended. Therefore, we do not find any reason to interfere in the impugned order.
