Heard Mr. Deshpande, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant/s. He would submit that, the delay caused in filing the appeals is not intentional. He would point out that, because of administrative reasons, such delay has been occurred. He would take this Court through the reasons made out in Paragraph No.3 of applications to contend that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. 2.

Mr. Bide, learned Advocate appearing for the respondents - original claimants opposes the application on the ground that, the administrative reasons cannot be itself ground for condonation of delay. 3.

Having considered the submissions advanced, it can be gathered that, the appellant, being the agency of the Government, was required to 3/4

follow administrative instructions, rules and regulations before filing of the appeals. During intervening period because of Covid pandamic, the process was obstructed. Taking into account the reasons as stated in the applications, the sufficient cause is made out. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) Civil Applications are allowed and the same are disposed of accordingly.

(ii) The delay caused in filing the appeal/s are condoned. (iii) Appeals be registered.
