The applicant Shri Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi has put forth prayer clause B as under :- "B. The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the amended Resolution No.85 dated 20.02.2023 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for forwarding proposal to the State Government for approving additional sum to be placed / credited to Management Fund as per Section 22, Sub Section (2) from the Trust Fund for the financial year 2022-23 and 2023-24."

We have perused the averments set out in the application, the various provisions of the Trusts Act and the photo copies of the income of the Sansthan and expenditure to be incurred from the 10 % khs/March 2023/3679

- 2 - amount towards the Management fund. We have also noted that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar Shri Sudhakar Yarlagadda has signed and approved Resolution No.85. 3.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
