PER COURT :- 1) When the present petition was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for petitioner, submits that in the interregnum, the petitioner was also promoted to the post of Section Officer and he now stands retired after attaining the age of superannuation from the said post of Section Officer.

2) In view of the fact that the petitioner got the promotion as desired by him, the petition has become infructuous by passage of time and the same stands disposed of being infructuous. Rule discharged.
