Heard both the sides. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in Clause No.(ii) of the operative part of the order, inadvertently the area of acquired land is mentioned as 4 hectare 60 Are instead of 4 hectare 66 Are.

In view of above, in third line of clause No. (ii) of the operative part of the order in First Appeal No.693 of 2006 decided on

fa693.06 07.06.2016, correction be carried out to the extent of area of the land as 4 hectare 66 Are, instead of 4 hectare 60 Are.

The motion for speaking to minute is accordingly disposed of.
