Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant is submitting the communication of compromise proposal by respondent No.1 to the Commissioner, Dhule Municipal Corporation, Dhule dated 29.06.2019 thereby he had given proposal that if an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- is paid to him, it would be treated by him as full and final settlement towards the compensation regarding acquisition of his property. The learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.1-original claimant admits that the said communication was given by his client and then in pursuant to the same, his client has received the said amount from the applicantMunicipal Corporation. Under such circumstance, the applicant prays
