The learned APP invited my attention to the order dated 17.11.2023 passed by Respondent No. 2 /Appellate Authority / Divisional Commissioner, Nashik and thereby modifying externment period to one and half year instead of two years as per order dated 31.03.2023 passed by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Ahemdnagar. The period of one and half year has already expired in the month of September, 2024. Therefore, the Petition has become infructuous and hence it is disposed off.
