Civil Application No.940/2022 is taken out for impleadment of the applicant (Tarabai Yadi), who is the widow of respondent No.2 (Bhumanna) and she seeks impleadment in the writ petition on account of the declaration issued by the Civil Court about the death of her husband on 25.07.2013 in RCS No.538/2011.

In the wake of the above, Civil Application No.940/2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clause A. The declaration issued by the Civil Court, which is not a part of the application, is permitted to be taken on record and is marked as X-1 for identification. 5.

Since the writ petition is pending since 2007, let the same be listed for final hearing on 21.03.2022 with a clear understanding that if the petition is listed at 02:30 PM on the said date, the parties shall work out the petition.
