The petitioner is seeking permission to serve the notices to respondents No. 1(E)1 and 1(F)2 through paper publication in daily newspaper 'Dainik Lokmat'. It is the contention of the petitioner that the notices issued to the respective respondents for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No. 1-A on record. The notice issued is returned unserved as the respondents are not residing on address given in the writ petition. Therefore, in order to serve the

11 CA NO.2868.2025 Crctd -2respondents, petitioner is seeking permission to serve them through paper publication.

In view of the contentions in the application, civil application is allowed, The applicants are permitted to serve respondents No. 1(E)1 and 1(F)2 through paper publication in daily newspaper 'Dainik Lokmat'. After paper publication, the copy of the same be submitted in the registry within two weeks thereafter in proof of the same. Hence, Civil Application No. 2868 of 2025 is disposed of.

Learned Advocate Mr. P. F. Patni submits that Mr. N. L. Choudhari is appearing for the petitioner in the present Writ Petition No. 3573 of 2004 as well as in Civil Application No. 3322 of 2019.
