P.C.:- 1) It has been pointed out that, substantive petitions challenging Fair and Remunerative Price prescribed by the Union Government are pending consideration before the Division Bench of this Court. It is further contended that, in view of the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.343/2015 there is an apprehension of issuance of directions in respect of coercive recovery of the amount from the Sugar Factories. The apprehension expressed is misplaced for the reason that, the authorities dealing with the matter would be bound by the decision that would be rendered by the High Court in the pending matters. The decision that would be rendered by the authorities would obviously be subject to the orders those would be passed by the High Court while considering the identical issue.
No interference is called for in both the review applications and the same stand disposed of.
