It transpires that pursuant to the order of the Commissioner which is under challenge, the original complaint has been remanded to the collector for decision afresh.

All parties make a unanimous statement that the collector shall have to decide the matter pursuant to the order of remand passed by the commissioner.

The collector shall now decide the matter expeditiously and in any case within eight weeks.

Writ petitions are disposed of.
6.
It is made clear that this order is being passed on the joint request of all the parties.
