I have perused the order dated 28.1.2019 passed by the learned Chairman, MACT, Osmanabad.

Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that, the Court below has orally directed the applicants to approach this Court and seek extension of time.

I have considered the directions set-out in the order of this Court dated 13.2.2018 delivered in the Appeal from Order No.75/2015.

In view of the peculiar fact situation, I find it proper to allow this application and grant extension of time as these applicants

This application is therefore, allowed and the time is extended keeping in view that the applicants have already deposited their undertaking on 21.2.2019.
