The result of the petitioner shall not be withheld only on the ground that validity proceeding is pending, however, degree certificate shall not be issued unless validity certificate is produced by the petitioner. The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 08th May, 2018.

In case the petitioner produces the validity certificate, then the petitioner shall be entitled for all the consequential benefits
