This application is filed for modification of the order dated 22nd January, 2025, passed by this Court in Civil Application No.9570 of 2024.

The learned counsel for the applicants pointed out the order dated 22nd January, 2025 and submitted that the applicants / claimants are unable to furnish solvent surety as per the said order. He further requested to pay that amount to applicant No.2. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 strongly objected the application.

901 CA.2919.2025.odt In view of the above and considering the poor financial condition of the applicants / claimants, the present application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Therefore, the application is allowed and paragraph No.4 of the order dated 22nd January, 2025 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.9570 of 2024, is modified and replaced as under:- "4.

The Registry is directed to pay 25% amount alongwith accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Registry is further directed to pay that amount to applicant No.2."

Civil application stands disposed of.
