Mr.Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition is filed seeking revised pay-scale to the petitioner and to pay arrears from 8.10.2005 i.e. during the suspension period till date.

The State has filed affidavit stating that the suspension period has been regularised by the orders of the Deputy Director of Land Records. Difference of 6th Pay Commission, arrears and all benefits have been paid amounting to Rs.7,77,142/- (Rupees seven lacs seventy seven thousand one hundred forth two only) and no amount is payable. Mr. Shinde, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has not given any further instructions.

Considering the affidavit filed by the Respondents, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. It also appears that the petitioner has given a letter about receipt of the entire dues.
