In the similarly situated matters, this Court allowed the applicants to withdraw 75% amount of compensation alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereon till date. Hence, the order;

ORDER

i) The applications are partly allowed.

ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation deposited with this Court, alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned (Judicial) of this Court.
