Mr. Mane, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal submitted by the petitioner for starting Marathi medium High School on unaided basis at village Kaudgaon is pending with the Government and no decision is taken on the same. 2.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in case the said proposal is pending the same will be decided on its own merits. 3.

In the light of that, in case the proposal is pending with the State Government, for starting Marathi medium High School at village Kaudgaon on unaided basis, then the same shall be decided
