Mr Mantri, learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, makes motion for withdrawal of the petition, with a prayer that the observations be made that pursuant to the provisions of Section 73 (C)(A) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, if an objection is raised, in future, against the present petitioner on his candidature while contesting election for the post of Director of any cooperative society, such objection be decided in accordance with the scheme of said Section 73 (C)(A).

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for.
