Upon hearing, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions of the applicants, submits that the applicants wish to withdraw the present application. However, the hearing in the case may be expedited.

Since the applicants would be under-trial prisoners, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to expedite the hearing of the trial in view of the administrative orders issued by the High Court from time to time. With these observations, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
