Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners are challenging the orders passed by the Tahsildar against which the appeals are pending before the Sub Divisional Officer. There is no stay to the orders of Tahsildar which are challenged in the appeals. It would be more appropriate that the appellate authority decide the appeals as expeditiously and within a period of two months from the date of the production of this order.
