Mr. Talekar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition as, it is submitted by Mr.Shinde, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that the information which was sought is forwarded by the Principal District Judge & Sessions Judge, Nanded. The said information and the subject of establishment of Courts of District Judge & Additional Sessions Judge and Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kinwat Dist. Nanded is placed before the Hon'ble Establishment of Courts Committee for necessary orders.

Writ petition as such is disposed of as withdrawn.

Needless to state that if the occasion so arises, the petitioner is at liberty to take such proceedings as permissible in law.
