PER COURT :- 1.
The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, petitioner has given representation dated 22.8.2005 however, the same is not considered. According to the learned counsel, the Labour Court has allowed the ULP, set aside the termination and has directed the respondent to re-instate the petitioner. Still no action has been taken by the respondent. Even time to time representations are given but of no avail.

Mr. Tandale, learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that he is not knowing as to whether order passed by the Labour Court has been assailed further.

Considering the matrix of the matter, we pass following order.
ORDER
i].
The petitioner may execute the order of the Labour Court dated 26.7.2005, as may be permissible in law, in case same is still in force.
Ii] The Respondents shall consider the representation dated 22.8.2005 in light of the orders that may have been passed by the competent Court of law, either of the Court of first instance or, if the order of the Labour Judge is challenged, the order of the Appellate or revisional Court.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
