This Misc. Civil Application is registered on the basis of communication from the learned Judge dealing with the proceeding. Now, both the parties have produced on record the compromise deed. Both the Advocates submit that now, the parties have entered into compromise and in view of this, the learned Judge can very well record the compromise.

This Court finds that since now there is no question of adjudication of the rights of the parties, there need not be any apprehension in the mind of any of the parties about bias or otherwise of

In view of the same, Misc. Civil Application stands disposed off. 4.

Parties to approach the learned Judge, Family Court, Beed for recording compromise.

The learned Judge, since has to only record the compromise, this Court does not find any illegality in doing so. 6.

Misc. Civil Application is, therefore, disposed off directing to the learned Judge, to record the compromise.
