On plain reading of the First Information Report, we are certain that no ingredients of abetment to suicide are present in the allegations. It appears to us from the contents of First Information Report that the victim was suffering from disorder due to which she was irritable. It is alleged that the applicant added to her irritation by refusing to tone down the noise of loudspeaker. We convinced that the complaint is
