Heard learned advocate for the petitioner.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 3.

No necessity to issue notice to respondent No.5. 4.

After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner, we find that the prayer clauses (D) and (E) appear to be premature. Only as regards prayer clauses (B) and (C) which are in respect of directions to be issued to respondent Nos. 1 to 4, to decide the representation of the petitioner and take decision on the proposal of the petitioner can be considered.

Learned AGP, after taking instructions makes a statement

{2} 940 sr.no..odt that the said proposal dated 8.7.2023 and the representation dated 7.2.2024 shall be decided within 4 months. Learned Advocate for the petitioner makes a statement that if earlier period is given then it would be convenient when the academic year would start in the month of June. 6.

In view of above statement, writ petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 4 (concerned authority) to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 8.7.2023 and representation dated 7.2.2024, as expeditiously as possible, within four months from today.
