Learned counsel submits that proposal scrutinized by respondent no.4 and forwarded to respondent No.1 regarding permission to open and run 11th and 12th Standard Urdu Medium classes is pending with respondent no.1 since January, 2018.

In case, such proposal is pending with respondent No.1 (Page 33) then, respondent No..1 shall decide the same on its own merits, preferably within six months.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
