Mr. Gute, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 6 submits that, during the pendency of petition proposal of the petitioner as a cook is forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Latur (respondent No. 4).

The respondent No. 4 shall decide the said proposal sent by the institution in respect of petitioner for continuation, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Depending upon the order passed on the proposal for approval, the authorities shall take further steps consequent to the said order.
