The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No. 5867/2015, decided on 31.10.2018, his representation has been pending with respondent no. 2-Commissioner of Tribal Development Department dated 11.07.2024 (page 169).

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioner's representation/application mentioned herein above on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within eight weeks.
