The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that by passage of time, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. This Writ Petition pertains to the disqualification of the petitioner under Sections 7 and 36 of the Bombay Village Panchayat Act, 1958 on the ground that the petitioner has not conducted the monthly meeting of Gramsabha of the Panchayat according to the said provisions. The same pertains to the term of the Gram Panchayat of Village Waipana (Bk.), Taluka Hadgaon, District Nanded for the period of 2005 to 2010. Thus, by efflux of time, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. Rule discharged.
