Order :-
1. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that against impugned order the petitioner has already filed appeal before the Sub-Divisional officer, however, as no coercive steps should be taken by the respondents, present writ petition was filed. 2.
We have heard learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3.
This Court vide order dated 17-03-2015 had directed the petitioner to deposit Rs. 92,427/- in this Court within a period of one week from the date of order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner has deposited amount of Rs.70,000/- with respondent No. 5. The petitioner shall deposit remaining amount as directed by
2 WP-3014.15 this Court vide order dated 17-03-2015 within a period of four weeks from today. If said amount is deposited, then respondents shall not take coercive steps till disposal of appeal before the Sub-Divisional Officer.

It is made clear that amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 17-03-2015 and the present order is not deposited within four weeks from today, interim protection granted earlier shall stand vacated.

In view of the above, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 7.
