The petitioners, one of whom is the original complainant intends to participate in the enquiry under Section 83 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, being conducted by respondent no. 3. It is the stand of the petitioners that even the application filed by petitioner no. 2 dated 14.02.2025 has not been accepted/received.

Considering the provision of Section 83 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, and bearing in mind that the petitioner no. 2 is the original complainant, we dispose of the writ petition directing respondent no. 3 to pass appropriate order on the petitioner nos. 2's application dated 14.02.2025, if it has been pending with him, else permit the petitioners to submit such application and thereafter pass appropriate order on the application, before proceeding further with the enquiry.
