This Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 10.08.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 9652 of 2023, the relevant portion of which reads as under : - "3. We expect Respondent No.3/District Collector to consider the request of the Petitioner set out in the representation dated 18.07.2023 and arrive at a decision within 120 days from today, by following the due procedure laid down in law."

The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No. 3 - District Collector submits that the order has been complied with. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner does not dispute the said aspect.

In view of the above, since the order has been complied with, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. 4.

Needless to state that the Bailable Warrant issued against Respondent No. 3, stands cancelled. In view of cancellation of Bailable Warrant, Civil Application No. 601 of 2025 no more survives and stands disposed of.
