On the last occasion, the learned counsel for the appellants sought time to file an application for extension of time to deposit the money as per the orders of this Court. However, no application as such has been filed. He submits

Even today, the appellant is not sure how much time he will require to receive the money. In view of that matter, the order granting interim stay dated 19.10.2023 stands vacated.
