Petition is premature. Motion of no confdence has been passed against the petitioner by the Grampanchayat. The petitioner is claimed to be directly elected Sarpanch. The same is required to be ratifed by Gram Sabha. According to the petitioner also meeting of Gramsabha is not held. 2.

At present, the petitioner does not have cause to fle petition. The writ petition disposed of.
