Heard learned counsel for the applicants. The respondent Nos.1 & its counsel remained absent despite last chance. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 also remained absent despite service. 2.

The applicants / claimants are seeking condonation of delay of only 63 days, which appears to be caused due to their fnancial crisis. There is no oppose to the application and therefore, considering the short period of delay, it stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay on enhanced amount of compensation, if granted.
