After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, he came around to submit that the representations made by these petitioners for reverting them to the post of "Primary Teachers" have not yet been considered by respondent No.3- Zilla Parishad. He referred to the representations made by these petitioners.

In view of the same, we dispose of both the Writ Petitions, with direction to respondent No.3- Zilla Parishad to decide those representations on its own merits and uninfluenced by this order, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
