2] This petition takes exception to the judgment and order passed by Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Aurangabad in O.A. No.258 of 2013, thereby directing a detailed inquiry in respect of the experience certificate submitted by the petitioner herein through the superior Officer not below the rank of Secretary in the State of Maharashtra and to act upon the said inquiry report. Said inquiry was directed to be conducted

3] In our opinion, no prejudice would be caused if the inquiry is conducted. In that view of the matter, no interference is warranted in the impugned order.

4] Hence, the present petition stands rejected leaving open all the contentions of the petitioner in the present petition to be agitated at the appropriate time.
