Present application appears to be the second application for withdrawal of the amount. Respondent No.1 has deposited amount of Rs.94,22,723/-. By order dated 03-03-2017, this Court had allowed the applicants to withdraw an amount of Rs.25,00,000/-. There is no mention as there is any other urgent need for the applicants for withdrawal of further amount. Whatever reason has been given in paragraph No.4 cannot be termed as sufficient ground to allow them to withdraw further amount. Under such circumstance, this application is rejected.
